Essential Faith is a translation of the intruction to the Gate of Faith by the holy Rabbi Dov Ber of Lubavitch, the second Chabad Rebbe, popularly known as the Mittler Rebbe. Rabbi Dov Ber is renowned for the tremendous breadth and depth of his Chassidic teachings and for his incredible love and concern for every Jew. Now, for the first time, his profound perspective and teachings on the subject of Faith in Hashem are available to the English reading public. Other translated works of Rabbi DovBer’s teachings are available as well, such as The Gate of Unity, which is known as the key to the teachings of Kabbalah and Chassidus.
